Nurse Practitioner – Injector & Hormone Specialist

EXO Med Spa is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.

We are looking for more than just a provider—we want someone who is excited to build their book, grow our team, educate our clients and staff, and help take the EXO brand to the next level.

The ideal candidate has a big personality, exceptional patient-care skills, and experience in both aesthetic injectables and hormone optimization/HRT . You should be comfortable educating clients, recommending treatment plans, building long-term relationships, and confidently discussing the full range of wellness and aesthetic services EXO offers.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans

• Perform neuromodulator/tox and dermal filler injections

• Conduct hormone and HRT consultations and manage appropriate treatment plans

• Educate patients on hormones, wellness, aesthetics, skincare, supplements, and treatment options

• Build and maintain a strong, loyal patient base

• Follow up with patients and focus on retention and long-term relationships

• Help educate and mentor other members of the EXO Med Spa team

• Collaborate with nurses, estheticians, management, and our medical team

• Recommend appropriate services, supplements, skincare, and wellness treatments based on each patient's goals

• Participate in EXO events, injectable events, educational opportunities, promotions, and community outreach

• Create educational and engaging content that helps grow awareness of EXO's aesthetic and wellness services

• Bring new ideas to the table and actively participate in growing the Med Spa

• Maintain detailed documentation and follow all EXO protocols and applicable clinical standards

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with appropriate credentials to practice in Illinois

• Previous injectable experience required

• Hormone/HRT experience required

• Confident performing patient consultations and developing comprehensive treatment plans

• Outgoing, personable, energetic, and comfortable talking with clients

• Strong educator who can explain treatments in a way clients understand

• Sales-minded without sacrificing patient-centered care

• Motivated to build their own book and create repeat clientele

• Team-oriented and interested in helping other providers grow

• Comfortable being part of events, promotions, social media, and brand-building initiatives

• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, hormones, and helping patients look and feel their best
