Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and stability, schedule appointments, and facilitate discharge as appropriate.
  • \n
  • Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans that prioritize each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation and progress notes for each client to meet regulatory standards and facilitate optimal care.
  • \n
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and inform treatment strategies.
  • \n
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse populations.
  • \n
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and promoting professional growth.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • \n
  • Foster a growth mindset, embracing ongoing learning and adaptation in therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in delivering individualized care that addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties in an outpatient setting, ensuring that every client receives the best possible support in a compassionate and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
  • \n
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for documentation and scheduling.
  • \n
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating empathy and clinical effectiveness.
  • \n
  • Comfort in conducting comprehensive intake assessments to properly evaluate client needs.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working with a range of mental health conditions and age groups.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting and working collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmony Mind Behavioral Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
