(Elliot).Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.Job DescriptionResponsible for locating, pinpointing the paths of cables, pipes and other conduits that carry utilities underground. Our efforts are driven on Quality and Safety to protect underground utilities from damage during excavation.QualificationsAble and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Computer proficiency.Able to work in a confined space, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.5+ Years of experience is preferredResponsibilitiesCorrectly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilitiesThoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.Read maps & blueprintsUsing a company provided vehicle, equipment, and laptop to document, and close all tickets.Benefits/CultureToday, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
