Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois state-issued Occupational Therapy license (OT)
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required—enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to support students’ participation in school activities
• Conduct assessments to identify sensory, motor, or development challenges that impact learning
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and OT treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver services in both individual and small group settings as needed
