Primary Care Provider Location: California | Type: Full-Time | Setting: Community Health / FQHC

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider to join our California-based community-focused clinic. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a mission-driven organization that provides accessible and compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Provide preventive care and wellness counseling

• Document accurately in EMR

• Engage in quality improvement and team initiatives

Qualifications

• Active California license
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty

• Outpatient/community health experience preferred

• Passion for working with underserved populations
