What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Nick the Greek, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in food preparation.
- Keeping your workstation clean and organized.
- Assisting with kitchen prep and ensuring ingredients are ready for service.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate food orders.
We're seeking candidates who are reliable, motivated, and ready to bring their culinary skills to the table. To join our team, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar role.
- A valid food handler permit (required).
- To be 18 years or older .
- Your own reliable transportation to and from work.
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for great food.
