The Car Park is a rapidly growing parking and transportation company operating over 500 locations across the United States. We leverage cutting‑edge technology to deliver top‑tier customer service to a diverse set of clients, including hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities. The Parking Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility while exceeding customer and client expectations. The ambassador provides customer service, helps with entry/exit transactions, and ensures parking equipment is operational. Responsibilities Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas. Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces. Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor. Screen parking lots for permits. Supply exceptional customer service to all customers. Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots. Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
