  • Ensures value propositions, positioning, messaging, and product enablement materials effectively communicate product differentiation.
  • Supports strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and key client discussions.
  • Leads market research, competitive intelligence, and customer discovery efforts through direct and indirect resources.
  • Establishes processes to continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and customer needs.

  • Establishes clear expectations, operating rhythms, and quality standards for the Product organization.
  • Identifies organizational capability gaps and develops succession and talent growth plans.
  • Serves as a mentor and coach to Product Managers, helping elevate product thinking, execution quality, and business acumen.
  • Remains actively involved in product discovery, prioritization, roadmap decisions, and strategic initiatives.
