Movar Insurance is looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing agency in Las Vegas.

This is a 100% sales-focused position for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up with prospects, building relationships, and closing business. This is not a customer service or account management role.

$20.00 per hour base pay

Uncapped monthly sales commissions

Approximate earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+ annually for strong producers

Full-time position

Successful producers should expect to consistently generate meaningful monthly sales production. This position is designed for someone who wants to build a career in insurance sales and be rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance, including Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, Motorcycle, RV, and related products
• Respond to new leads and identify coverage needs
• Prepare and present insurance quotes
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is made
• Cross-sell additional personal insurance products when appropriate
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document activity in our CRM
• Meet monthly production goals
• Work closely with our service team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

Requirements

• Strong sales mindset and desire to earn based on performance
• Excellent phone, communication, and follow-up skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects at the same time
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Nevada Property Casualty insurance license preferred
• Insurance sales experience preferred, but we will consider strong sales candidates from other industries
