Data Engineer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Engineer in Altamonte Springs, FL. Duties:
- Data Engineer will build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and integrations
- Develop reporting solutions, KPIs, dashboards, and business insights
- Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and processing issues across platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate data accuracy
- Develop and optimize Snowflake procedures, SQL, Python code, and data transformations
- As a Data Engineer, you will create and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) workflows and automation processes
- Partner with stakeholders to source, validate, and deliver data-driven solutions
- Support ongoing improvements to data architecture, performance, automation, and AI capabilities within Snowflake
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical role
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python
- Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT processes
- Experience working with Snowflake as an enterprise data platform
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues
- Experience developing and maintaining data orchestration workflows
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience with Streamlit for application development and user-facing data solutions
- Experience working with Snowflake Cortex/Copilot AI capabilities
- Experience building data-driven applications leveraging AI and machine learning services
- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or financial data environments
- Familiarity with Epic Clarity data models and healthcare analytics
