We’re looking for a Claims Representative to join our team and help customers navigate the warranty claims process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and repair facilities with warranty claims
\n
• Gather and document basic claim information
\n
• Review claims and help determine the appropriate next steps
\n
• Communicate with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams
\n
• Answer questions and provide timely, professional support
\n
• Maintain accurate claim records and follow established processes
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Previous claims, customer service, or call center experience
\n
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle 50+ calls per day
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
\n
• Detail-oriented and organized
\n
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
\n
• Automotive or warranty experience is a plus, but not required
\n
• Bilingual preferred but not required
\n
