Department Manager Opportunity
We are an independent Owner/Operator of McDonald's. We're looking for a certain type of leader. A leader that cares about the customer, the well-being of the team and the store environment. Department Managers assist the General Manager and set the tone for the shift and have a direct impact on the customer experience. Our ideal person cares. Department Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift leaders are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts.
As a Department Manager, you may be responsible for:

- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness

- Quality Food Production
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Safety and Security
- Scheduling
- Training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00/hour

Safety:
At your local McDonald's, the safety of our team is our top priority. As such, we use Personal Protective Equipment (masks & gloves, wellness & temperature checks, social distancing, and enhanced cleaning of high contact areas) that not only help protect our employees but make them feel safe.

- 8 hour shifts with available overtime
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- McDonald's: 1 year (Required)
- ServSafe Manager certification
Education: High School or equivalent
