Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-hour shifts with rotating call schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a variety of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine, General, Urology, GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Trauma
• Assist surgical teams in state-of-the-art operating suites within a Level III trauma center
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures using platforms such as Robotics technology in the OR
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout surgical procedures
• Participate in a rotating call schedule as required by the OR team

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Surgical Technologist (CST) License issued by DORA — required; candidates without this credential will not be considered
• Graduation from an accredited scrub technologist program
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Hands-on experience with Orthopedics, total joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a trauma center or high-acuity surgical environment
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems including Mako, DaVinci, Stealth, or similar platforms
