What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations and maintain seamless client & caregiver schedules.
• Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to clients, families, and staff.
• Manage caregiver timekeeping, compliance, and shift authorizations.
• Support the local branch team in upholding Freedom Caregivers' mission to help clients age with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in both an office/administrative setting AND a healthcare/medical environment.
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tech adaptability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with top-notch attention to detail.
• High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
