We mentor new grads with personalized mentorship plans, ensuring each veterinarian has the opportunity to excel in areas such as surgery, dentistry, radiology interpretation, and clinical consultation. With a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio , our practice provides a full range of general practice services for dogs and cats, including radiology, ultrasound, and surgery. We are equipped with advanced technology, including mobile ultrasound, digital X-ray machines for both full-body and dental radiographs, IDEXX in-house diagnostic machines, and Imagyst , ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. Compensation Package Includes: Competitive salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (negotiable based on experience) Production based bonus structure No negative accrual and no non-compete!
