Real Estate Finance Attorney - Senior Associate

The Merker Group is working with a top Am law 100 firm in New York that is seeking a senior-level Real Estate Associate or Counsel-level attorney. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to engage with sophisticated transactions and work alongside highly respected attorneys in the field, advising a diverse client base on high-value real estate matters.
The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. and 4+ years of experience in real estate finance, including representing both borrowers and lenders. Expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures is a plus. This position presents a compelling career move for a seasoned real estate attorney looking to elevate their practice within a collegial and highly reputable environment.
Qualifications
- J.D. and excellent academic credentials.
- At least four years of experience in real estate finance.
- Prior experience at a peer firm- Am Law 100/200.
Required Skills
- Experience representing both borrowers and lenders in real estate finance.
- Expertise in acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.
Pay range and compensation package
- Top of Market Compensation/Bonus.
