What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal care in a busy 32-bed Level III NICU
• Manage care for infants from a high-volume delivery service (~4,000 deliveries/year)
• Perform neonatal procedures and maintain clinical skills
• Collaborate with a team of Neonatologists and Nurse Practitioners in a supportive environment
• Support new staff and participate in mentorship and professional development
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care aligned with Pediatrix standards
• Participate in on-call rotations, delivering excellent patient care during off-hours

What You Need:

• Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible to obtain)
• Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced NICU environment
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Open to recent graduates committed to neonatal care
