En collaboration directe avec le Country Launcher et l’équipe des Data & Business Analysts en France, tu participeras à la croissance de notre premier bureau international.
DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE
Appuyé·e par l’équipe des Data & Business analysts à Paris, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes Espagne d’Hello Watt, du Marketing aux Opérations. Tu les aideras dans leurs prises de décision en transformant les données business en leviers stratégiques. Ton rôle sera essentiel pour la croissance de notre activité à l’international, et te permettra d’acquérir une expérience complète et responsabilisante du métier, dans un environnement stimulant et bienveillant. Après une période d’intégration et de formation de trois mois à Paris, tu rejoindras notre bureau à Valencia pour neuf mois! Tu participeras à des missions diversifiées : Collecte de données : en collaboration avec les équipes Produit & Dev, suivre, développer et améliorer le tracking sur notre site web & notre application de suivi de consommation pour les utilisateurs résidant en Espagne Tableau de visualisation & Rapports : Mettre en place et automatiser des rapports de suivi des performance à destination principalement des équipes Produit, Opérations et Marketing Analyse & étude de la performance : Rechercher des axes d’optimisation de l’activité, de l’acquisition d’utilisateurs sur le site et l’app à la conversion en client Minimum 1 an d’expérience en tant que Data ou Business Analyst. Espagnol & Anglais niveau B2 minimum. Ne pas avoir la nationalité espagnole (obligation Business France). Excellente capacité analytique et rigueur dans les rendus et leur communication. Fine maîtrise d’excel et compétences en python & SQL pré-requises. Expérience avec un ou plusieurs outils de visualisation des données appréciée (Power BI, Looker ou Metabase par exemple). Curiosité et intérêt pour les questions business: les études statistiques que tu seras amené à faire ont pour but d’accompagner le développement de notre activité! Capacité d’adaptation et aisance relationnelle: tu seras amené à collaborer au quotidien avec des personnes d’équipes différentes. Proactivité & sens de l’organisation: après trois mois de prise en main du poste à Paris, tu travailleras à Valence en autonomie.
