Project Executive Location: South Carolina (Office location for position will be either in Anderson, Spartanburg or Mt. Pleasant GC Office location) Job Experience Needed: Candidates will need to have project based experiences and connections within South Carolina, Georgia or West North Carolina. Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Position Summary The Project Executive leads business development, preconstruction, client services, and project management for an assigned sector at J. Davis Construction. The Project Executive is responsible for growing client relationships, winning new work, managing budgets and staff across the sector, and making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction. The Project Executive also mentors the team and helps build a strong, low-turnover department. Job Duties & Responsibilities Business Development & Client Relations Promotes and reinforces the company mission and core values at all times Develop and maintain strategic client relationships that generate new business opportunities. Lead project pursuits, presentations, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams to secure new work and expand market presence. Support marketing initiatives and sector growth strategies. Create and manage the annual business development budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively, in coordination with the Director of Business Development and COO Project & Operations Leadership Provide executive oversight for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Review project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and contract compliance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and client satisfaction across assigned projects. Support project teams with strategic guidance and problem resolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr JDavis, Inc.
