Customer Experience Lead — Front-End & Service

Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to help drive front-end operations and lead associates on shift. You’ll ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and ready to serve customers while modeling Burlington’s values. In this hands-on leadership role, you will work with store leadership to keep operations running smoothly and support merchandising standards.
