Accounts Receivable Goldsboro, North Carolina Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Location: Goldsboro, NC Pay: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Job Summary: The AR Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing customer payments, and assisting with collections and account reconciliation. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work accurately with financial information Key Responsibilities: Process customer invoices, payments, credits, and account adjustments. Post payments accurately to customer accounts. Monitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies. Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and past-due balances. Assist with collections and follow up on delinquent accounts. Respond to customer questions regarding invoices, payments, and account balances. Prepare account statements, reports, and aging reports. Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
