The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) at LifeBridge Health is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Joint Replacement Surgeon to join our expanding practice in Carroll County, MD to support growing patient demand. RIAO is a leader in innovative joint preservation and replacement techniques and is home to a highly specialized team of orthopedic experts.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship
• Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions
• Current DEA license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives.
