About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse at our state-of-the-art rehab and nursing facility, you'll play a vital role in resident outcomes and overall experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to our patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

What You'll Need:

• Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas

• CPR certification

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
