Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Construction Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
• Maintain job site safety and quality standards
• Supervise and assist field crews, ensuring work meets project specs and timelines
• Perform regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
