Billing Coordinator

An award-winning firm named one of the Best Places to Work in the Capital Region for three consecutive years is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Assistant to support a growing accounting team. This role offers flexibility around the monthly accounting cycle, a competitive hourly rate, and supportive workplace culture. This is a part time opportunity (10 – 20 hours per week) and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and send monthly bills and statements.
-Enter receivables and payables accurately into our systems.

-Track and process credit card receipts.

-Complete special accounting projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experiences-Minimum 1 full year of accounting or billing experience.
-Experience with LEDES billing is a major plus.
-Strong attention to detail for precise data entry.
-Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time independently.
-Strong teamwork skills mixed with individual accountability.
