Job Description XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Existing CDL-A Team Drivers in Carlisle, PA Earn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight 5 Days on/2 Days off - Dedicated Routes \n Top Pay & Benefits: \n \n * Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split \n * Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays \n * Typical schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off \n * 5,200-5,500 planned weekly miles \n * Full health insurance benefits available on day one \n * 401(k) with company match \n * No-touch and in-house freight \n \n What to Expect: \n As an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site.
