Our Phoenix operation serves as a hub for residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and master-planned community development projects, supporting developers, builders, institutions, municipalities, and private landowners from entitlement through construction. We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, manage client relationships, oversee technical delivery, and mentor engineering teams while driving successful project execution.What You Will Be DoingLead land development projects from initial planning and entitlement through design, permitting, bidding, and construction supportManage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, subconsultants, and client communications while ensuring project profitability and client satisfactionDirect the preparation and review of grading, drainage, utility, site development, roadway, and civil engineering plans using Civil 3D and related design platformsCoordinate with municipalities, developers, architects, planners, surveyors, regulatory agencies, and utility providers throughout project developmentMentor and develop Project Engineers, EITs, CAD Designers, and technical staff while maintaining quality control and technical excellence across all project deliverablesWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of experience managing residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or master-planned land development projectsProfessional Engineer (PE) license required, with Arizona registration preferred or the ability to obtain Arizona licensure quickly through reciprocityStrong background in site development, grading, drainage, utility design, roadway design, entitlement support, and municipal permitting processesExperience developing proposals, negotiating contracts, managing project financials, maintaining client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teamsProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong knowledge of Arizona development practices, municipal standards, and land development project deliveryWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package: (Bonus & Profit Sharing, 100% Employee-Paid Medical Benefits, 401(k) w/ match, 4 weeks PTO) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to View email address on click.appcast.io
