To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Education: Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA‑accredited program. Experience: At least three (3) years of practical, hands‑on experience in the veterinary field. Licensure: Current Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) status (or other required state designation). Skills: Strong communication and basic tech skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). What You’ll Do Teach & Demonstrate: Prepare engaging lectures and lead practical, hands‑on demonstrations in the lab. Skill Verification: Monitor laboratory competencies and use checklists to confirm students are ready for the field. Support Student Success: Track attendance, meet with students to encourage retention, and provide the extra support they need to graduate.
