Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of associates, offering coaching, motivation, and hands‑on support to keep service upbeat and efficient. Develop talent by assisting with training programs that strengthen product knowledge, service skills, and teamwork. Oversee key operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and interviewing new team members. Collaborate closely with culinary and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service, especially during peak morning and resort‑activity rushes. Uphold exceptional standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest engagement. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
