• Develop and nurture client relationships to build a strong network in the Sioux Falls real estate market.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
• Manage transaction processes from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients the most current insights.
• Utilize provided leads and resources to consistently generate new business opportunities and grow the client base.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your commitment to shared goals.
• Familiarity with the Sioux Falls real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all client interactions and transactions are handled smoothly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management, enhancing your productivity and reach.
