And to make it matter.Here's what we expect from you: You are confident and capable of juggling several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables. Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces. This role as a Vice President, Creative Director at Digitas Health requires experience that includes an art direction background. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in an advertising or interactive agency, leading the creative for broadcast, digital, social, print and interactive campaign work. Large, integrated cross channel campaigns and promotional experience are a must. You must also have solid management experience and come in ready to lead and develop a seasoned creative team.Responsibilities:Champion creative qualityChampion a new future of digital experiences for our client and very importantly, the agencyInspire and sell trend-setting, next level, pioneering creative work.Reports to EVP, Executive Creative DirectorLead, teach, mentor members of the creative departmentManage client relationshipsLead new business effortsStay current on industry trends and creative trendsEnsure creative is executed within agreed strategy, deadlines, and budget.Lead client meetings for presenting creative concepts.The position requires the following qualities:10 + years of agency experience with primarily with an Art backgroundDTC experience is required for this positionThe ability to manage and nurture creative talentA proven track record of pitching and winning new businessThe ability to inspire others and work collaborativelyExcellent presentation skillsDemonstrated leadership and understanding of the responsibilities of an upper management positionThe availability to travel to meet client and agency needsThe availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfactionOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
