Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high School diploma or GED and two years of administrative experience or one years of experience in the building construction industry or experience in a municipal building department. Requires International Code Council (ICC) Permit Technician certification or must be able to obtain within 18 months from the date of hire. An equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. A valid driver's license is required.

PAID TIME-OFF BENEFITS:

• Golf Course Green Fees: Employees can play the City's award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
