Two Year Old Teacher
Pay: $16 - $19 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Location: The Learning Experience - Palm Coast, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

At The Learning Experience (TLE) , we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. As a Two Year Old Teacher , you'll create a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum .
• Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
• Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.

What You'll Bring

• Passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a lasting impact.
• Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
• Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Two Year Old Teacher.
