Company Description FlyLock Security Solutions – MetroWest MA is a trusted provider of Locksmith and access control security services in the central mass area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Locksmith role based in the central Massachusetts area. The right Locksmith will be able to install, repair, and maintain locks, door hardware, safes, and access control systems mainly on commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to, Rekeying and Master keying locks, SFIC, LFIC and conventional cylinders. Installing and servicing smart locks Doors and frames Door closer installations The Locksmith will interact directly with clients, document work performed, manage tools and materials, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, professional service. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in locksmithing, including lock installation, repair, rekeying, and safe services. Experience with general maintenance and repair, including door, hinge, and hardware maintenance. Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, safety codes, and manufacturer instructions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving security issues. Comfort working on-site at customer locations, with a professional, customer-focused approach. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work. Ability to lift and maneuver doors, hardware, and equipment as required by the role.
