Logistics Assistant Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
- Support the logistics department with daily tracking, tracing, and shipment coordination needs.
- Perform accurate data entry, document control, filing, and record maintenance.
- Create bills of lading (BOLs) and assist with booking orders through transportation carriers.
Logistics Assistant Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous logistics, shipping, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with data entry and document management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas) and Word, required.
- Must have strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must understand safety instructions in English and communicate effectively with team members and carriers.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
