Our client, an industry leader in industrial operations, is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the inbound and outbound logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Lead

Location: Pasadena, TX

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Lead a team of pick pack helpers to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Unload and transport products from inbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Utilize forklift equipment to move and organize inventory
• Assist with inventory management and invoice processing by worksite
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
• Proficiency in forklift operation
• Experience with reach truck operation is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
