Title: Foundation Crew Member

Pay: $160/day + $20 gas/day = $180/day

$40,000 - 50,000/year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foundation Crew Member to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have experience in foundation or construction - residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. ("in the elements")

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of foundation issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools and techniques.
Develop and implement effective repair solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools required for foundation repair tasks.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in foundation repair or a related field.
Experience with polyurethane injection/install helpful, but not required - willingness to train/learn
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
NO DUI, Felonies, or domestic abuse record
