Warehouse Supervisor

Cencora

Cencora seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for its Whitestown, Indiana distribution facility to oversee warehouse operations, manage associate performance, and ensure compliance with safety and DEA regulations. The role encompasses receiving, shipping, inventory management, and controlled substance handling.

Responsibilities

Direct workflow, train, and monitor performance of warehouse associates
Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and controlled substance cage/vault operations
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and DEA regulations
Review and verify shipment records, manifests, and order documentation for accuracy
Track attendance, manage performance, and handle overtime for assigned staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience
Supervisory experience directing and training warehouse associates
Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
Familiarity with DEA regulations and controlled substance handling procedures
Proficiency with radio-frequency (RF) device systems
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Compensation: $3,000 sign-on bonus
