CDL Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL Driver to join our client's team. This role offers flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts, with the advantage of being home every night.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe operation of trucks and equipment.

Conduct regular inspections for mechanical and safety issues, performing preventative maintenance as required.

Adhere to all truck driving regulations, including those pertaining to size, weight, and route designations, as well as company policies.

Skillfully maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.

Accurately collect and verify delivery instructions.

Promptly report any defects, accidents, or violations.

Qualifications:

Possession of a valid Class A CDL license.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a truck driver.

Experience with specialized trucks, such as Hydrovac or Dump Trucks, is advantageous.

Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable truck driving laws and regulations.

Clean driving record with no recent violations.

Ability to adapt to and manage unexpected situations, such as traffic and adverse weather conditions.

Experience in farming is considered a plus.
