Occupational Therapist (2026-2027 School Year) Location: Waterford, MI 48328 Grade Levels/Caseload: Supporting students across three elementary buildings Hourly Range: $45-$65/hour, based on experience and qualifications. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including AnthroMed SLPs and Social Workers to support students. AnthroMed is proud to continue our over four year partnership with such a supportive school district! Responsibilities Provide full-time occupational therapy services, four days a week. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Qualifications Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MI. Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Passion for working with diverse student populations.
