DescriptionOne of Kforce's best financial services clients in Boston is in search of a Senior Finance Associate - Partner Investments. This role is hybrid, 3 days a week, in office.Key Responsibilities* Prepare and review financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation* Support annual audits and coordinate with external advisors* Oversee cash management and treasury-related activities* Assist with tax documentation and compliance processes* Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal and external stakeholders* Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology to enhance efficiency* Lead, mentor, and support team members* Partner with cross-functional teams on new initiatives and business needsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field* 2+ years of accounting, finance, or related industry experience* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and AI-powered productivity tools* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities* Effective communication and collaboration skills* Ability to handle confidential information with discretionJob TypeDirect HireCompensation90000 - $110000
