Lifestyle Manager

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a premier developer and operator of luxury residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic on their search for an experienced Lifestyle Manager to serve as the face of a new ultra-luxury residential community in Baltimore. With the property preparing for its grand opening, the Lifestyle Manager will play a key role in establishing the community's service culture and bringing its resident experience to life from day one.

This is a highly visible, hospitality-driven role responsible for overseeing concierge services, cultivating resident relationships, and creating exceptional lifestyle and engagement experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Lifestyle Concierge team, including hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision.
• Build strong relationships with residents and develop an understanding of their individual preferences and needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, requests, and concierge services.
• Plan and execute resident engagement events, wellness programming, and community initiatives.
• Develop and execute revenue-generating lifestyle initiatives and special services.
• Respond to resident requests via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-through and personalized solutions.
• Support prospective resident tours by showcasing the community's amenities, lifestyle programming, and wellness offerings.
• Gather resident feedback and recommend opportunities to continually improve the resident experience.
• Support social media and resident communications through content and community messaging.
• Provide concierge coverage as needed and maintain consistent service standards.
• Partner with property leadership and other departments to support community operations and resident needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury multifamily, property management, fine dining, or a related service environment.
• Direct experience working with luxury clientele is required.
• Strong leadership and team-management experience, including the ability to train and develop staff.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Naturally charismatic, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to anticipate needs and develop creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Ability to remain polished and professional while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle challenging or stressful situations with poise.
• Familiarity with Yardi, Building Link, Canva, Microsoft Office, or social media platforms is a plus.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off; evening and weekend availability is required for resident events.
