Overview We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our fast‑paced kitchen team at Hop Valley Brewing. The kitchen is the heart of the pub, serving creative, high‑quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. If you have a passion for great food, teamwork, and a positive vibe, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Help with food inventory management using FIFO principles. Monitor food quality during cooking and presentation to ensure consistency. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook is required. Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Strong skills in meal preparation and food presentation, with an emphasis on quality and taste. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
