What Youll Be Doing

Help customers feel safe, supported, and empowered in this performance-based role. As a Customer Success Representative, youll turn home improvement solutions into peace of mind. Youll work closely with clients to ensure they understand their options, feel heard, and receive top-tier service - all while growing your skills and making a genuine impact.

Your Job As A Customer Success Representative Will Involve:

• Guiding residential customers through home improvement sales solutions with clarity and compassion, ensuring they feel secure and confident in their choices
• Addressing questions and concerns with patience and expertise, transforming worries into reassurance
• Developing tailored recommendations based on customer needs, lifestyle, and property specifics through a sales consultation
• Following up proactively with customers to check on service satisfaction and offer additional support when needed
• Collaborating closely with field technicians, service teams, and fellow Customer Success Representatives to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Keeping detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and service plans
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals through genuine, needs-based selling
• Actively participating in training and coaching sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer engagement skills
