Step into a fulfilling part-time contract opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) passionate about supporting students’ communication development. This role offers diverse experiences through a split schedule: provide in-person therapy across several private schools in the district and deliver some remote services for homeschooled students—all within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Enjoy the flexibility of a 20-hour work week, with the possibility to focus your expertise either fully across both elementary and private school settings or, if preferred, as one of two part-time SLPs. Contribute to student success while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as required by Texas
• Experience working with pediatrics or school-aged children preferred
• Proficiency in providing therapy in school-based settings, both in person and virtually
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students at various private schools
• Provide virtual services to homeschooled learners, addressing individual needs and learning styles
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation for each student
• Travel between local school sites as required for onsite services
