Job Summary Manage a portfolio of SME audit clients by leading audit engagements in compliance with firm policies and professional standards, resolving technical issues, and fostering client relationships to support business growth. Responsibilities Lead audit engagements for SME clients by applying firm policies, procedures, and professional standards to deliver high-quality assurance services that meet regulatory and client expectations Direct audit teams to identify and resolve technical matters efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit deliverables Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business operations and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth and service expansion Apply analytical thinking and initiative to assess audit risks, evaluate financial data, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance client financial controls and compliance Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement Required competencies and certifications Hold a recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications Demonstrate relevant experience delivering audit and assurance services in large or mid-tier international public accounting firms Possess or be ready to apply for a practicing certificate Preferred competencies and qualifications Exhibit strong technical skills in auditing standards and accounting principles to ensure audit quality and compliance Apply initiative and analytical skills to improve audit processes and enhance client service delivery Communicate effectively with clients and team members to build productive working relationships and foster collaboration All application will be in strict confidence.
