Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Project Manager
Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly. Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to maintain project alignment.
A successful Project Manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the commercial sector. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
What's on offer: salary range $110,000 - $150,000. 401k with 4% company match. Pension and profit-sharing options. 100% health insurance coverage for the employee (dependent coverage optional at employee's cost). Life insurance. Performance-based bonuses paid three times a year.
