We're looking for a motivated, licensed Virginia REALTOR to join our team and grow with us. You'll have the full backing of an established brand, a seasoned broker, and a collaborative office environment. What You'll Do Represent buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, and land transactions throughout Central Virginia. Prospect and develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses. Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire transaction process. Collaborate with the ASJ Realty team on marketing, open houses, and community events. Requirements Active Virginia real estate license (or must obtain within 90 days of hire) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Knowledge of Caroline County and surrounding Central Virginia markets preferred What We Offer Competitive commission split with growth potential Mentorship from Broker-President Anthony S.
