We are seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in real estate transactions to support transactional matters, advise clients, and help move deals efficiently from due diligence through closing.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review transaction documents and contracts
- Analyze title materials and conduct title examinations
- Perform due diligence and document review
- Coordinate closing activities
- Provide client counseling and communication
- Support negotiation efforts
- Maintain organized transaction files
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in real estate transactions
- Knowledge of real estate law
- Contract drafting experience
- Experience with title examination and due diligence
- Document review skills
- Negotiation skills
- Strong client communication skills
