About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic direction for all financial operations, leading financial departments including accounting, patient financial services, health information, and materials management. The ideal candidate should have a background in acute care hospital finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in this field. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance is required, with a Master's degree and/or CPA certification preferred. The CFO will also be expected to have strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and a collaborative leadership style. Experience in rural or community hospital settings, knowledge of CPSI systems, and a background in revenue cycle management are all preferred for this role. The successful candidate will be part of a smaller facility with a positive bottom line and multiple hospital clinics, and will play a key role in the financial health and strategic planning of the organization. The CFO will work closely with the board, physicians, administration, and department directors to ensure the financial stability and growth of the company.
